Denise Kleinrichert, PhD, Professor, Interim Associate Dean, College of Business. Dr. K has been with the College of Business since Fall 2007. She has served as Management Dept. faculty teaching ethics, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. She has also served as Director of the Center for Ethical and Sustainable Business (CESB). Denise has chaired CESB’s annual Business Ethics Week since 2007 and five Summer High School Student Sustainability Camps 2011-17. She is also founder of the Ethics & Compliance Workshop series at the Downtown campus. Prior to her academic career, she was a corporate executive in employee benefits and risk management in the banking and healthcare industries, after working in risk management in the property/casualty insurance industry. Her PhD is in Philosophy, with interdisciplinary studies and coursework in the College of Business, University of South Florida. Her dissertation, Responsibility and Practice in Notions of Corporate Social Responsibility was awarded in 2007. She holds two Master's degrees from the University of South Florida, and a BA in Economics from Indiana University.
